Padel Galis enters new phase with management-led ownership

Padel-Galis

Padel Galis, a global leader in the design and manufacture of padel courts, has taken a decisive step in its shareholding structure. The management team, headed by CEO Juan Larraz and Business Development Director Salva Segura, has acquired a majority stake to accelerate the company’s growth plan.

Investor transition

The transaction also introduced new minority investors connected to the management team. Atitlan, which joined the project in 2021, will remain as a minority partner, reducing its stake to 27% after nearly five years of involvement. This marks a new chapter for the Valencian company as it consolidates its leadership position in the industry.

Global presence and revenue

With more than two decades of experience, Padel Galis has established itself as a major player. Headquartered in Silla, Valencia, the company exceeded €27 million in revenue in 2025 and operates in over 85 countries, having installed more than 10,000 courts. Its production capacity surpasses 5,000 units annually, supporting ambitions for continued global expansion.

Partnerships and professional circuit

Padel Galis has become a regular supplier on the professional circuit, contributing to more than 100 tournaments. The company has forged partnerships with leading brands such as Wilson and collaborated with iconic figures like Fernando Belasteguín. These alliances reinforce its commitment to consolidating international leadership and driving the sport’s development worldwide.

Looking ahead

The management-led ownership change signals a clear intention to strengthen Padel Galis’ growth trajectory. With new investment, established partnerships, and a proven track record, the company is positioning itself to expand further and continue shaping the future of padel across global markets.
