At 25 years of age, Pouille was born on 23rd February 1994 to his father Pascal and his Finnish mother Lena. He has two brothers, Nicolas and Jonathan. Pouille started playing tennis at age 8. The 6ft 1inch tennis ace turned pro in the year 2012. He has 5 ATP Singles tour titles and was ranked a career-high number 10 men singles tennis player in the world in the year in March 2018. He is currently ranked number 26. Pouille is also one of the few male tennis players in the world to be coached by a female coach. His current coach is Amelie Mauresmo, a former tennis player herself who won 2 Grand Slam titles. Pouille has praised his coach for raising his game and doesn’t think that it really matters about someone’s gender as long as one can deliver. “She knows everything about tennis. It’s not about being a woman or a man. It doesn’t matter.”
Clemence Bertrand
Pouille got engaged in August 2018 to his long time Clemence Bertrand. Clemence was born in 1994 and attended school at Fac STAPS LILLE 2 in France. The couple is based in Dubai and can be seen enjoying each other’s company on beaches and various resorts in the city. Clemence has been a constant presence in the stands cheering her man and wedding bells are certainly ringing for the likable couple. They both enjoy traveling and shopping and their Instagram pages feature some beautiful pictures where they seem to be enjoying each other’s company.
When they go married
Pouille and Clemence officially tied the knot on 8th September 2019. In a beautiful ceremony attended by close family and friends the couple exchanged vows in a colorful ceremony in their native France. Clemence posted some pictures of the ceremony on her Instagram page. We wish this fantastic couple all the best as they take the next step in their relationship. Pouille will be definitely enjoy his new life in marriage and hopefully, he can enjoy more success in his tennis career.

Ranked no.26, the French Player played his last match on the 29th of August when he lost Daniel Evans 6-4 6-3 6-74 6-4 in the 2nd round in U.S. Open.
