Marriott International, in collaboration with the Marriott Business Council Singapore, has confirmed the launch of the inaugural Singapore Charity Padel Open 2026. Scheduled from 28 to 30 May at Ricochet Padel Sentosa, the three-day event will bring together sports enthusiasts, partners, and the wider community in support of Community Chest Singapore.

Inclusive competition

The tournament is structured to welcome both casual and competitive players. Registrations are open for two divisions: the Open Division, aimed at beginners and social players, and the Champion Division, reserved for athletes rated Playtomic level 5.0 and above. Teams may enter as female, male, or mixed pairs, ensuring inclusivity across all backgrounds. A total of 32 teams will compete in group-stage matches before the finals on 30 May.

Beyond the courts

Festivities will extend beyond the matches, with a rooftop awards ceremony, charity auction, and barbecue party accompanied by DJ entertainment. Prizes worth over SGD 20,000 will be awarded, and all proceeds will go to Community Chest Singapore. The funds will support more than 200 social service programmes for vulnerable groups, including children with special needs, youth-at-risk, seniors, families in need, and persons with disabilities or mental health conditions.
