Petra Kvitova becomes the first WTA player to conquer 2 titles this season after winning Sydney and now Stuttgart.
The Czech confirms that she is the best player of 2019 to significantly extend her lead over Naomi Osaka to 649 points. This means that Kvitova has very good chances to become the new world no.1 also in the “traditional rankings” if she keeps on having these results and Naomi Osaka doesn’t step up.
