Grigor Dimitrov had rather a lot of fun at the Adria Tour until things got bad. The Bulgarian champion had a great welcoming in Belgrade and Zadar, but then he suddenly didn’t feel great to lose a strange match with Borna Coric 4-1 4-1. Later, Grigor went back to Monaco where he tested positive. The result was that the Adria Tour had to be stopped.
The event received a lot of criticism for the complete disregard of social distancing.

A video that was taken in Zadar in a square packed with children as the Adria Tour was organizing a kids’ day. In the background, talking to Borna, Grigor Dimitrov commented: “This is crazy.”
