Novak Djokovic and Garbine Muguruza had an interesting conversation that was broadcasted on Tennis United.

Both Novak and Garbine are supremely fit and they disclosed some of their “secrets.” While Muguruza prepared a tasty Spanish omelet live during their talk, Nole discussed his diet regime.

The Serbian legend has been following a plant-based diet for the last 5 years and that helped him to achieve sheer greatness in tennis.

“I like to start the day with some warm water and lemon, some silver drops, they are good for the bacteria as well as detoxing. I like to have a green juice or a green smoothie with spinach, leafy greens, and some spirulina,” he disclosed.

Novak revealed that besides not eating meat anymore, he is used to doing intermittent fasting trying not to eat substantial food for 16 hours.

“I grew up on the opposite side of the spectrum, eating meat like 3 times a day. But I changed that, I like it the way it is. I’m doing this intermittent fasting, I try to go for 16 hours not consuming any major calories or anything that will require too much energy digesting,” he added.
