Bad news from Juan Martin Del Potro that decided to withdraw from the ATP250 in Estoril to attend the funeral of his grandfather.

The Argentine legend had a solid start in Portugal after he defeated Sugita in the opener 6-1 6-3. Delpo was meant to face Ryan Harrison in the second round.

Unfortunately, this is the second important loss of the tournament after Nick Kyrgios withdrew for the same reason (the death of his grandfather back in Australia).
