Bad news from Novak Djokovic’s camp as the world no.2 will not pay in Dubai. The Serb hasn’t missed an edition in the Emirates since 2007, but apparently, he is still trying to cope with his shoulder injury.
Nole was 1 set and one break down against Medvedev in the Davis Cup before having treatment on his right shoulder (eventually, Djokovic won that match because it was his opponent to retire).
Djokovic will try to be fit for the American Swing where he will play to defend the titles in both Indian Wells and Miami.
