Camila Giorgi is in a great mood in Washington.
The Italian seems to have found her way back after a complicated year. Before the Citi Open, Camila was able to play only 10 matches because he had to deal with some nasty injuries to her back and shoulder. Eventually, Giorgi found her best form in DC where she reached the semifinal after defeating Sachia Vickery 6-2 7-5, Rebecca Peterson 3-6 6-3 6-4 and Zarina Diyas 6-3 6-2.
Now ranked no.62, Camila has a clear shot to reach the final as she will face the world no. 150 Caty McNally in the final 4.
