Jack Sock and Bethanie Mattek-Sands win an all-American final against Rajeev Ram ad Venus Williams. 7-6 6-1 10-7.
Interesting enough, on one side Jack and Bethanie won this medal after playing the Olympics for the first time. On the other side, they played against a multi-decorated Venus Williams that had already won a record 5 medals.
Rajeev was also lucky to be there as the American wasn’t supposed to play the Games, but he could kick in after the Bryans withdrew.
