Jannik Sinner has shown his support for his girlfriend, Anna Kalinskaya, in a heartwarming fashion, cheering on her success at the 2024 ecotrans Ladies Open in Berlin. Kalinskaya expressed her delight at the Italian’s thoughtful gesture.
Kalinskaya kicked off her grasscourt season in stellar form, battling back from a set down to beat Nao Hibino 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 in her opening match at the WTA 500 event in Berlin. The Russian later took to social media to share a highlight reel of her impressive performance, rejoicing over her victory.
Sinner sent his love to his girlfriend in the comments, gushing over her triumph with heart-eyes and fire emojis: “🔥😍.” Kalinskaya conveyed her appreciation for the Italian’s support, responding with a kiss emoji: “😘.”

Sinner confirmed his relationship with Kalinskaya during his campaign at the French Open, while also emphasizing their desire to keep their relationship private. “I’m with Anna [Kalinskaya], yes, but we keep everything very confidential, you know my confidentiality… I won’t say more,” Sinner said in a press conference after his first-round win.
Despite their desire for confidentiality, the couple has not shied away from being open about their support for one another’s careers. Earlier this month, Kalinskaya expressed her pride in the World No. 1’s run to the semifinals of the French Open, which drew a warm response from the Italian. They also showcased their mutual support by cheering from the stands during each other’s matches at the claycourt Major.
Like Kalinskaya, Sinner has also kicked off his grasscourt season in Germany, making a winning start at the Terra Wortmann Open in Halle. The 22-year-old mounted a comeback after losing the first set to claim a 6-7(8), 6-3, 6-2 victory over Tallon Griekspoor in the first round.

Now the world no.1, Sinner achieved a compiled 36-3 win-loss record in 2024. The Italian is now playing in Halle where he bested the world no.27 Tallon Griekspoor 6-78 6-3 6-2, the world no.45 Fabian Marozsan 6-4 6-74 6-3 and the world no.41 Jan-Lennard Struff 6-2 6-71 7-63.
Jannik Sinner will square off with the world no.42 Zhizhen Zhang in the semifinal. In the past, they have never played each other up to now on the main tour.
The Italian has won 3 titles in 2024 at the Australian Open, Rotterdam and Miami.

Sinner will play next at the Wimbledon (Wimbledon). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 1st of July.

Anna Kalinskaya will face the world no.3 Aryna Sabalenka in the quarter on Friday at 5:00 pm on Steffi Graf Stadion. The head to head is 3-1 for Sabalenka.
Kalinskaya was the finalist in Dubai (Dubai Duty Free Championships).
She is also scheduled to play in Wimbledon (Wimbledon) after Bad Homburg. The main draw will start on the 24th of June.
