Premier Padel hosted a unique charity tournament at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Lusail as part of Qatar’s National Sport Day celebrations to benefit the Match for Hope project. Some of the most well-known content producers in the world came together for the event, which combined entertainment and sports to raise money and awareness for the Education Above All Foundation, a group that works to improve education for underserved regions around the globe.
Prominent personalities and content producers such as Mo Farah, Sharky, Oussifooty, David Vujanic, Futcrunch, Thogden, Thogdad, Manny Brown, Eman sv2, Taiyo Kimura, Triplefqatar, Bashar Arabi, and Abood participated in the star-studded competition. In addition to working together on exclusive content and playing friendly competition, several participants also got to experience the thrill of playing padel for the first time.
Beyond its philanthropic influence, this most recent event highlights Premier Padels’ continued dedication to expanding the sport internationally by bringing it to new audiences through high-profile occasions and experiences. Looking ahead, the world’s top players will fight on one of the largest stages in sports when the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour returns to Doha from April 1419 for the coveted Ooredoo Qatar Major Premier Padel.
