Kyrgios, Gavrilova win the Hopman Cup

Nick Kyrgios and Daria Gavrilova win the Hopman Cup. An Australia win was not able to win the prestigious exhibition since 1999.

Nick and Daria were playing for the Australian Green and she had to defeat Ukraine in the final. Nick demolished Dolgopolov 6-3 6-4 and Daria beat Svitolina 6-4 7-6 (6).

During the tournament Nick has registered a rather comforting win against world no.2 Andy Murray 6-4 7-6 (5).

This is a great start of the year for Nick.
