The first round of ticket sales for the inaugural Dubai Premier Padel P1 tournament has begun. The tournament’s organizers have outlined an economic and community-driven plan for how the international showcase will leave a lasting legacy for both Dubai and the sport’s continued growth on a regional and global scale.

In accordance with a multi-year hosting agreement, the UAE Padel Association (UAEPA), Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, Premier Padel, the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and Dubai-based Gallop Global will host the world’s only official professional padel tour’s inaugural event in the emirate from November 3–10 on six specially constructed courts.

The Dubai Premier Padel P1 is one of 25 tournaments that take place throughout five continents and 18 nations. There will be 320 participants in the field, including players like Arturo Coello, Ariana Sanchez Fallada, Juan Lebron, Alejandro Galan, Agustin Tapia, Franco Stupaczuk, Beatriz Gonzalez, and Delfina Brea. There will be several formats for male and female pairings.

For both categories, there is a total prize fund of €470,000 euros (Dh1.89 million). Fernando Belasteguin’s retirement at the end of this season means that this will be the last opportunity to see him compete in an official padel event held in the United Arab Emirates.

The week-long competition offers tickets starting at Dh60 on PlatinumList.net. Fans may get Grandstand tickets for as low as Dh48, with a 20% Early Bird discount valid through July 1.

There are about 950 padel courts and over 320 padel facilities in the United Arab Emirates, according to the International Padel Federation’s Research & Data Analysis Department, and the sport’s global governing organization believes that 25 million people play padel worldwide.

In addition, Padel is thought to have 500,000 social media followers and 250,000 supporters in the United Arab Emirates.
