The Italian Open of 2024 will begin on Wednesday, and Naomi Osaka is prepared to battle on the city’s clay courts. Osaka chose to explore Rome’s streets before heading to the court.

Osaka is coming off a defeat in the Madrid Open second round by 6-2, 4-6, 7-5 against Liudmila Samsonova. The Italian Open, a crucial prelude to the French Open, which begins on May 26, will be the Japanese player’s fifth appearance at the tournament.

Before the start of the campaign, Osaka shared several images of herself touring the city and going to the Colosseum on Instagram on Monday, May 6. She is seen in the photos sporting a Louis Vuitton purse, Nike sneakers, and sunglasses to complete her outfit of a camouflage sweatshirt and plated miniskirt.
