Amanda Anisimova and Emma Raducanu strolled through Madrid’s streets days after their campaign at the city’s WTA 1000 event concluded.
On April 24, Anisimova and Raducanu were eliminated from the 2024 Madrid Open after first-round losses against qualifiers. The American faced Emiliana Arango of Colombia on Court 8 as a wildcard into the main draw.
Conversely, Raducanu left the competition after failing to find an intensity of effort comparable to Anisimova’s. Anisimova and Raducanu appear to have moved past their losses as they enjoyed the sights of the Spanish capital as the latter took care of the camera.
Anisimova posted three pictures from her outing with the former US Open winner to Instagram for her fans to see.
Anisimova captioned her Instagram post: “Explorin’ Madrid with @emmaraducanu.”
