ATP RANKINGS. Tsitsipas at career high. Djokovic, Nadal still the leaders

Stefanos hits another career high while Djokovic and Nadal are still at the top of the rankings.

Tsitsipas Djokovic

Stefanos Tsitsipas keeps on going higher and higher in the rankings.

The upcoming Greek had an outstanding fortnight after he won the title in Estoril and he reached the final in Madrid. After his latest run in Spain, the Greek went 2 places up in the rankings to be the new world no.7 (career high) and he is inches from overtaking Kei Nishikori for the 6th place. (see rankings)

Djokovic

Novak conquered his 33rd Master ATP1000 after a week that will probably set the tone for his comeback after struggling for the last few months. After this title, Nole consolidates his world no.1 rank to put 4.170pts between him and Nadal.

Nadal

Rafa “failed” to win his 1st title of the season in Madrid where instead he reached his 3ed consecutive semifinal. However, Rafa’s 2nd place in the rankings is not in jeopardy for the time being to have 2.175pts more than Federer (the world no.3).
