Alcaraz, who had experienced difficulty due to an ankle issue earlier in the season, stated this after his eighth straight victory. Alcaraz denied any injury concerns after the win and said: “Without a doubt, this is the best I’ve been feeling. I’m feeling great on the court; I’m moving great with no injuries because I don’t think about the ankle any more on the court.”
