Andy Roddick claims that Novak Djokovic doesn’t receive as much credit as he deserves for his conduct in the locker room.

Recently, Roddick gave the Big 3—Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Djokovic—acclaim for their polite behavior toward visitors in the locker room and surrounding areas during competitions.

Roddick recently disclosed on a podcast that he observed players on tour acting cold and ungrateful, which is the exact opposite of how the Big 3 behaved. Roddick said: “There are a lot of tour guys who aren’t nearly as good as Rafa, who, I said this about Roger too back in the day, but they will switch their grip tapes out, re-grip, then leave something on the floor and just walk away. It drives me crazy; they’ll get a stretch from the trainer, get up and not say ‘Thank You’, and walk out.”

Roddick further stated remarks about Djokovic and his conduct in the locker room and said: “It just drives me crazy. It’s been nice in tennis that two of your top three stewards, including Novak, don’t get enough credit for how friendly he is with people in and around the locker room.”
