Taylor Fritz, the American tennis sensation, has made a significant change in his apparel sponsorship, transitioning from Nike to BOSS. This move aligns him with fellow player Matteo Berrettini, both now representing the luxury fashion brand.

Fresh off defending his title at the Delray Beach Open, Fritz heads to the 2024 Indian Wells Masters with newfound confidence. Notably, Fritz clinched his maiden Masters 1000 title at Indian Wells in 2022, defeating tennis legend Rafael Nadal in a memorable final. However, this time, he’ll be showcasing his talents under the BOSS brand.

In a surprising development, the World No. 12 was seen practicing in a sleek all-black BOSS kit ahead of his campaign. Renowned tennis journalist Jose Morgado confirmed Fritz’s departure from his longtime partnership with Nike. Despite the switch, Fritz was observed wearing Nike shoes during his training session.

This decision catches attention, especially after Fritz sported a red and black Nike ensemble at the recent Netflix Slam held in Las Vegas. Nonetheless, with his eyes set on success at Indian Wells, Fritz appears ready to embrace his new partnership.

In additional tournament news, Fritz enters the 2024 Indian Wells Masters as the 12th seed, earning a bye in the first round. He awaits the victor between Pavel Kotov and Alejandro Tabilo to kick off his campaign.
