While the entire tennis world is looking at the (mis)fortune of Nick Kyrgios, the “real” Australian no.1, Bernard Tomic, keeps on climbing the rankings.
Bernard didn’t have the best weekend after losing to Murray in the second single of the Davis Cup semifinal, but winning the first single against Evans gave him some points that helped him to reach a world no.20 career high.
Let’s hope that this is another step in the right direction.
