Valerie Vogt, who has a close friendship with the younger Williams sister, is one of them.
When Williams married Alexis Ohanian, Vogt also served as her wedding coordinator. The couple had happy recollections of their frequent vacations together in the past. Williams and Vogt recollected about one such memory. The former world No. 1 went on a trip with Vogt, one of her closest friends, after losing in the fourth round of the 2012 Australian Open.
