If you think that Bernard Tomic was “the real bad boy from Australia”…well think again.
Nick Kyrgios went beyond every imagination after saying during his match against Wawrinka to say “Kokkinakis banged your girlfriend. Sorry to tell you that mate”.
It’s difficult to express the disdain that this has caused among tennis fans (and beyond) and Wawrinka obviously was very upset with this.
Stan: I hope the ATP takes bib measures
Stan expressed his disappointment during the after-match interview to say “I just hope the ATP takes big measures against him,”
“He’s young but that’s no excuse … every match, he behaves very badly. The problem is he doesn’t just behave badly towards himself, he behaves badly towards the people around, the other players, the ball kids, the umpires. I really hope the ATP will take major action against him this time.
It [what was said and done] will stay in the locker room. There are things, regardless of how you are, regardless of the stress you have on the court, there are things you just can’t say.”
…I wouldn’t say to my worst enemy
Then Stan tweeted “So disappointing to see a fellow athlete and colleague be so disrespectful in a way I could never even imagine.
What was said I wouldn’t say to my worst enemy. To stop so low is not only unacceptable but also beyond belief.
There is no need for this kind of behaviour on or off the court and I hope the governing body of this sport does not stand…
… for this and stands up for the integrity of this sport that we have worked so hard to build.

From Wawrinka’s coach
Magnus Norman tweeted “That was really really low Nick Kyrgios. Hope for u that u have people around that will teach u a thing or 2 about life tonight. Very bad”

Kyrgios
The Australian commented “He was getting a bit lippy with me. Kind of in the heat of the moment. I don’t know. I just said it.”
Nick doesn’t have the faintest idea of what is doing. He really needs to grow fast, there is no place in pro tennis for this, and actually this doesn’t belong to the civilized world.
The haircut doesn’t help.
