Rafael Nadal is not having one of his finest seasons, but in reality he is not performing that bad in comparison to some other top players such as Roger Federer.
After winning the ATP500 event in Hamburg, Rafa is now 1 place up in the rankings (no.9). The Spaniard has gained a lot especially in the year to date rankings (ie. Race to London) to be now ranked no.6. In the YTD rankings Federer is no.4 and he is just 1170pts above Nadal, so the Spaniard is not having such a horrible season after all.
The King of Clay will now head to North America where he will participate to the “America Summer” looking for more glory.
