With her 15th straight victory on Thursday in Beijing over Tokyo champion Veronika Kudermetova, Coco Gauff now owns the longest women’s winning streak of the year. The two-time Olympic winner won 7-6 (5), 6-2.

Iga Swiatek previously held the record for the year’s longest women’s winning streak with 14 straight victories between May and July.

Gauff hasn’t dropped a set since August 11th, or precisely 55 days ago, when she was defeated by Jessica Pegula in the Montreal quarterfinals, 6-2, 5-7, 7-5. Since then, she has amassed 15 victories in a row, including her first WTA 1000 championship in Cincinnati and her first Grand Slam championship at the US Open. She has also advanced to the WTA 1000 quarterfinals in Beijing.
