Andy Murray hopeful of overcoming hip surgery and get back on the field

According to Jamie Murray, the brother of former world number 1, Andy Murray, his sibling has confidence that he will get back to playing professional tennis.

Andy saw Bob Bryan playing in the Miami Open, which gave him hope on his future. The American tennis player, who is 41 years old, got a hip implant surgery, to treat his injury. Most of the athletes tend to give up their professional career after undergoing such a procedure.

The Andy Murray injury made it difficult to play tennis. He realized that the pain was too much to continue playing at a high level, due to which he decided to undergo surgery.

According to Jamie Murray, life has been challenging for Andy after the treatment, because no one tries to get back to playing tennis after it. He said that his brother didn’t know what to do, as there was nothing which would give him hope.

Fortunately, after seeing Bob Bryan in action, Andy Murray realized that he could also do the same. His brother said that with the help of rehab, Andy is continuing to improve.

A recent video showed the athlete swinging the racket, which indicates that he can make a comeback. During the Australian Open, the farewell Andy Murray received was quite awkward, as people believed he was going to retire soon.

Fortunately, fans of Andy Murray and the sport can breathe a sigh of relief, as the athlete isn’t ready to give up his professional dreams!
