Bianca Andreescu receives standing ovation before QA session in Toronto

Bianca is more and more in the heart of Canadians after her incredible title in Indian Wells

Bianca Andreescu was little known at the beginning of the season when she was ranked outside the top100.

Then the 18-year-old started to be noted after she reached the final in Auckland coming straight from the qualifications following a couple of incredible wins against Caroline Wozniacki and Venus Williams.

Then the Canadian had another good run in Melbourne where she started again from the qualifications to win 4 matches before losing in the 2nd round.

Soon after Bianca conquered the title in Newport and then she reached the semifinals in Acapulco.

Bianca hit the headlines pretty hard later when she won Indian Wells after demolishing Garbine Muguruza (6-0 6-1), beating Elina Svitolina and Angelique Kerber.

The young Canadian tried to have another deep run in Miami, but she had to surrender to a problem to her shoulder that was caused by playing “too much” tennis.

The 18-year-old impressed the tennis fans around the world for her sparkling and interesting personality and also her fantastic tennis full of variations.

Bianca became an “instant star” for her compatriots that were not shy in showing their appreciation with a standing ovation during a recent QA session.
