Nick Kyrgios will not play in Cincinnati and exit the upcoming U.S. Open. It was pretty clear that Nick had no intention to compete in the North American swing after he decided to be back in Australia following his retirement from Washington and Toronto. Kyrgios had a knee operation at the beginning of the season and when he tried to be back, he got a wrist injury. Eventually, this year he played only 1 match he lost in Stuttgart to world no.91 Yibing Wu 7-5 6-3.
