Kyrgios: no drama for crashing out Madrid

Nick is not particularly upset after losing to Isner

Even if Nick Kyrgios reached “only” the 3rd round in Madrid, he will definitely remember this tournament forever. In fact, the young Australian has managed to defeat his childhood hero (King Roger Federer) in the 2nd round after a sheer epic.

Nick wasn’t as “lucky” in the following round to lose to (a very good) John Isner in 3 sets after saving a match point in the second.

After the match Nick tweeted “Good progress for me here @MutuaMadridOpen but @JohnIsner was money today. Good luck for the rest of the event. Next stop Rome. #AdiosMadrid

Well… great stuff Nick!
