Bernard
Tomic is again at the centre of another nasty controversy.
The young Australian seemed
to be out of the woods with his personal problems, but apparently he is
not.
What happened?
Tomic has been accused for
telling a young lady to possess a huge quantity of cocaine ($50.000). Everything seemed
to have happened in the house of Jamie Pickering, a well known poker player.
Pickering has been facing 4
charges mainly for pushing drugs to minors. Jamie has always stated that Tomic
has never touched cocaine “If it was said, I know it was in jest. I know
for a fact he doesn’t touch anything or even go near to it. She says he
said that, it’s just a joke and it’s obviously gone the wrong way. People make
jokes, if he said it, it was purely as a joke, and like I said it could only
have been in jest. He would not have been serious in any way. It will be a bit
of a surprise to him, to be honest”
Pickering and Tomic are
long-time friends; probably Bernard still needs to hang out with the right
people…
