Stefanos Tsitsipas, Karen Khachanov, Cameron Norrie, and Tommy Paul are among the top players who will compete in the ATP 250 tournament that will be staged in Los Cabos from July 31st. The defending champion is Daniil Medvedev, who is not on the entry list. It is quite interesting to note that while there are six top-20 players on this entry list, most of the other competitors are not even in the top 100.
It is interesting to notice that quite often, top tennis players decide to play in some minor tournaments that are located in nice locations like Los Cabos, treating the events as a “pleasant training ground” to build up form for other competitions. For example, it will not be strange to see that Stefanos Tsitsipas will have the company of his new girlfriend, Paula Badosa, during the event. That has already happened during the ATP 250 that was staged in Majorca before Wimbledon.
This is the entry list.
