After winning the French Open Novak Djokovic takes a small break before Wimbledon on the Island of Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal. 

Novak Djokovic has won his 23rd Grand Slam title and is visiting the Azores island of So Miguel to spend time with his family. He will not play again until Wimbledon in July.

On Sunday at Roland Garros, Novak Djokovic won his 23rd Grand Slam championship. After departing Paris, he made his way to Portugal. The 36-year-old Serbian is visiting the Azores island of So Miguel to spend some time with his family in one of the most popular tourist destinations in our nation. This island recently gained even more notoriety thanks to the Netflix series “Rabo de Peixe,” to which the Twitter user who shared this picture makes an allusion.

After winning the Roland Garros title, Djokovic had already said in a press conference that he would take a few days off and not play again until Wimbledon in the first half of July.

Now ranked no.1, Djokovic played his last match on the 11th of June when he overcame world no.4 Casper Ruud 7-6(1) 6-3 7-5 in the final of the French Open to win his 94th career title.
