On Sunday at Roland Garros, Novak Djokovic won his 23rd Grand Slam championship. After departing Paris, he made his way to Portugal. The 36-year-old Serbian is visiting the Azores island of So Miguel to spend some time with his family in one of the most popular tourist destinations in our nation. This island recently gained even more notoriety thanks to the Netflix series “Rabo de Peixe,” to which the Twitter user who shared this picture makes an allusion.
After winning the Roland Garros title, Djokovic had already said in a press conference that he would take a few days off and not play again until Wimbledon in the first half of July.

LWWWLWLWWW Now ranked no.1, Djokovic played his last match on the 11th of June when he overcame world no.4 Casper Ruud 7-6(1) 6-3 7-5 in the final of the French Open to win his 94th career title.
Presently, during this year the Serbian has achieved a composed 27-4 record. The Serbian clinched 3 titles in 2023 in Adelaide, Australian Open and French Open.
Djokovic is scheduled to compete next at the Wimbledon (Wimbledon). He will begin to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 3rd of July.
