Serena Williams’ coach Patrick Mouratoglou is confident that the American can achieve ever more. The Frenchman is obviously impressed by Serena winning her 19th slam in Melbourne and he thinks that the world no.1 can even tie Margaret Court (24 slams).
Patrick: Of course, but…
When asked about the Serena’s ability to tie that record he replied “Of course she can” but ““I’m not saying it’s going to be easy. For sure it’s going to be very difficult. She will have to stay fit; she will have to keep the motivation as high as it is now. She has been playing 17 years on tour, so to wake up every morning, go to practice, all these things. But she still has for the moment.”
Patrick has been Serena’s coach (and something more…) for 2 years and half and counting…
