Too easy for Grigor Dimitrov!
The world no.11 has no problems to dismiss Dustin Brown 6-2 6-3 6-2 in the Australian Opener. Grigor was always on top of the German to end the formality in 69 minutes.
Dimitrov: Good start for me
Grigor was happy for this opener to comment “It was a good start for me. I expected it to be tricky. After a couple breaks I already knew the match can go on my side, but at the same I have to stay focused. It’s best-of-five sets, and you never know what kind of shot or ball can take you out of that momentum.”
Grigor will play for the first time Lukas Lacko in the 2nd round. He shouldn’t have problems to get to the third round.
