As seen in a new video of the Greek tennis sensation Stefanos Tsitsipas, the tennis player seems to have a sunscreen assistant. On social media, a special video of the 24-year-old sitting in the player’s lounge before his first match of the 2023 Monte-Carlo Masters appeared.
The match between World No. 1 Novak Djokovic and qualifier Ivan Gakhov was being played on Court Rainer III when the footage of Tsitsipas waiting for it was taken. Later, the Greek was supposed to play on this court. On the Tennis Channel video, Tsitsipas can be seen relaxing in the player’s lounge, straightening his hair, and munching on a banana. One of his team members is gently applying sunscreen to his face and arms.
During an extremely funny interview for Tennis Channel, Prakash Amritraj asked Stefanos what the requirements are to work for him as a “sunscreen assistant.” Tsitsipas could not refrain from giving this reply.

Tsitsipas in Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters, ranking, and results in 2023
Now the world no.3 (career-high), the Greek has achieved a 16-4 match record in 2023. Tsitsipas is now playing in Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters where he defeated the world no.48 Benjamin Bonzi 4-1 ret. and the world no.58 Nicolas Jarry 6-3 6-4.
Stefanos Tsitsipas will fight against the world no.10 Taylor Fritz in the quarter. Their current record is 3-0 for Tsitsipas.
Stefanos was the runner-up at the Australian Open.
Tsitsipas won 9 titles in his career: 4 on clay courts, 4 on indoor courts and 1 on grass courts. (See the list of his titles)
He is also scheduled to play in Madrid (Mutua Madrid Open) on the 26th of April and Rome (Internazionali BNL d’Italia) on the 10th of May.
