David Goffin is having a rather weird (and successful) season.
The Belgian was struggling at the beginning to recover from a wrist injury, and then from July on he seemed to be almost unbeatable. David won 3 challengers back to back and then he won his first ATP title in Kitzbuhel. Now the Belgian reaches another ATP final in Metz after defeating Tsonga in the quarters and Struff in the semifinal (7-6 (4) 6-3)

Head to head is 1-1, but Goffin is the favorite to win his 2nd career title.
