Nick Kyrgios, an Australian tennis bad boy who will be featured in the first episode of a new Netflix reality series, feels he is due an apology for being called a villain.

Just one day after leaving his teammates in a bind by pulling out of the United Open at the last minute, Kyrgios took to social media to fire back at his detractors.

The world No. 22 announced that he will star in the “Break Point” series, which will be made available just before the Australian Open, and that he deserves to receive an apology “as loud as your disrespect was” for promoting tennis and putting “money in everyone’s pockets.”

Kyrgios tweeted:

‘Haha so after all this, all the media, journalism saying how bad I am for the sport, disrespecting the game and just a pure villain, I am going to be the number 1 episode on Netflix… to grow our fan base, basically trying to put tennis on the map again. And essentially putting more money in everyone’s pockets that’s involved with tennis, you all look really ridiculous now. Your apology should be as loud as your disrespect was.’
