The Mubadala World Tennis Championship is a tournament that is used to features some of the top male tennis players. Nevertheless, the prestigious event also introduced the concept of having popular female tennis players competing in one match. Emma Raducanu and Ons Jabeur are the 2 players from the WTA who will take part in the competition in Abu Dhabi. They will face each other on the 16th of December.
On the men’s side, Tsitsipas will face Norrie in the opening quarterfinal, with the winner moving on to the semifinal. The winner of the other quarterfinal between Andrey Rublev and Frances Tiafoe will advance to the semifinals. The winners of those matches will compete against Ruud and Alcaraz, the top seeds.

At present, during this year Ons achieved an overall 47-17 match record. The Tunisian has won 2 titles in 2022 in Madrid and Berlin. Jabeur reached the final in Charleston, Rome, Wimbledon and U.S. Open.
