Daria Kasatkina hit the headlines earlier in the year for coming out as a lesbian. The tennis champion has been dating her girlfriend, Natalia Zabiiako, a former Olympic figure skater and they are more than happy to share their relationship on social media. Kasatkina’s girlfriend Zabiiako accompanied her to her first WTA Finals.

WLWWWWLWLW Currently the world no.8 (career-high), Darya played her last match on the 5th of November when she surrendered to world no.4 Caroline Garcia 4-6 6-1 7-6(5) in the round robin in Fort Worth (draw).
At present, during this year the Russian has a 41-22 win-loss record. Darya has won 2 titles in 2022 in San Jose and Granby.
