Novak Djokovic has amassed so far $159,951,008 in prize money thanks to his incredible success. Djokovic is well known to be extremely focused with his wife Jelena to help the people in need with that money.
The Serbian legend believes that there is a problem in tennis and that is also and especially in the distribution of the prize money. We have seen too many times top players earning an insane amount of money for winning tournaments while many lower-ranked colleagues are struggling with their finance. This is also one of the reasons that made Djokovic set up a new association (The Professional Tennis Players Association or PTPA) to help tennis players.
During a recent interview, Novak Djokovic cast his doubts once again on how the tennis world is managed. “A sport that in terms of popularity [tennis] and diffusion comes second only to football and basketball in the NBA, which is followed and practiced everywhere, even in China there are many fields, but which gives a living to just 500 people: does it seem possible to you?”

This year Novak owns a compiled 40-7 match record. Novak has won 4 titles in 2022 in Rome, Wimbledon, Tel Aviv and Astana. Novak got to the final in Belgrade and in Paris.
