Rafael Nadal had a rather adventurous second-round match against Fabio Fognini on Thursday at the US Open. After a below-par starter (6-2 for the Italian), Nadal found his way back to dominate the match. However, when Rafa was leading 3-0 in the fourth set, he bashed his nose with his racket.

Nadal immediately called for a medical timeout. Later he admitted that he felt a bit dizzy soon after the episode but everything was fine.
