Stefanos Tsitsipas triumphs in Milan!
The World no.15 conquers the Next Gen Finals without losing a single match on the way and claiming a nice $407,000 check.
Stefanos defeated Alex De Minaur 2-4, 4-1, 4-3(3), 4-3(3) in the final.

After the match, Stefanos commented
“It feels great. I’ve been playing some great tennis this week here in Milan. It was a fantastic match. I stayed calm although I had a chance twice to win the match, but remained calm. I was aiming to win that match. I was mentally very strong and that was proven in the tie-break in the last set.”
This was the best way for Stefanos to end a great season that he started as world no.91 and that he will end as no.15. In addition, the Greek was only an alternate in Milan last year. For these reasons, Tsitsipas has also won the prestigious ATP award of the Most Improved Player of the Year.
