Fabio Fognini does not believe that Rafael Nadal was his quarterfinal match in Wimbledon against Taylor Fritz with an abdominal injury. The Spanish sensation was clearly struggling with his body to decrease his first serve speed dramatically. Rafa admitted that he wasn’t even sure he wanted to keep playing with his father and sister urging him to stop playing.

Fabio Fognini didn’t agree with some headlines stating that Rafa won the match against the American with an injury. In one of his Instagram posts (stories), he highlighted a post (or headline) stating that Nadal was injured to write: “Guys stop believe in what you read PLEASE!”
