Many were wondering if Serena’s tantrum did spoil the party or if Naomi was upset with that. Osaka had a fantastic answer to that.
I am always going to remember the Serena that I love. OSAKA
During the press conference following her title, Naomi commented
“I don’t know what happened on the court. So, for me, I’m always going to remember the Serena that I love. It doesn’t change anything for me. She was really nice to me, like, at the net and on the podium. I don’t really see what would change.”
Naomi has everything to be a “long-lasting” champion.
