It is more and more clear that Jannik Sinner is, unfortunately, stepping out from the precious guidance of Riccardo Piatti. The Italian youngster was groomed by the well-known tennis coach since the very beginning of his career when he left his family to relocate to Bordighera with Riccardo.
Jannik and Riccardo enjoyed a fantastic relationship, but unfortunately something went wrong in the last few months.
According to many fonts, Jannik is set to part ways with Riccardo and his team. He is currently training in Monte Carlo with Simone Vagnozzi (his new coach?). It seems that Magnus Norman will join the new team. Magnus would be a great addition given his great experience at the top as a player (a former world no.2) and as a coach (he helped Stan Wawrinka win 3 slams).
In the meantime, Jannik was caught on camera training with Simone Vagnozzi.

WWWLWWWWWW Now the world no.10, Sinner played his last match on the 26th of January when he lost to world no.4 Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3 6-4 6-2 in the quarter in Australian Open (draw).
This season the Italian has managed to achieve an overall 7-1 win-loss record.
