Yesterday it was a horrible day for Fabio Fognini.
The Italian displayed (once again) a really despicable behaviour during his match against Rafael Nadal.
What happened on court…
Well Fabio was not at his best to show an absolutely irritating behaviour (not new to that), he smashed a couple of rackets, he did quarrel with a ball boy (???) and he refused to sign autographs when he was leaving the court (for good). Rafa was so kind to ask to Fabio at the end of the match if he was right (no he wasn’t).
The Italian left the court literally covered by insults and “boos”.

Probably Fognini’s behaviour was even more disrespectful on-line as the Italian re-tweeted some of the many insults he received like saying… “I do not give a damn about your insults I even re-tweet them!”
And in fact on his main banner he wrote in Italian (translated) “ I do not give a damn on what people think about me… I won’t change”
That’s a very professional behaviour… and an understandable one… if you are 8 years-old.
Time to grow up Fabio, a very long way to go.
