CORONAVIRUS. Nadal’s coach Carlos Moya also tests positive.

Carlos Moya stresses how important is to be vaccinated

Rafael Nadal And Carlos Moya

Rafael Nadal has recently announced that he tested positive for Coronavirus when he was back in Spain from Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, his coach and former world number 1 Carlos Moya also announced that he was found positive. Carlos was with Rafa during his trip to the Middle East.

According to Moya, he has been struggling with the virus, but he doesn’t need hospitalization.

The importance of being vaccinated

This was his statement:

“Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you that I have also tested positive for COVID. On Sunday, upon landing in Mallorca and with some symptoms, I tested negative for antigens. A few hours later, when a positive was confirmed in the equipment, I went to do PCR and I tested positive.

Fever, headache, sweating, pain all over the body, chills have been my symptoms, I’m sure the vaccine has helped me to not get worse or have to visit the hospital.

All this I have neither read nor been told, it has happened to me these days. If I did not know what I have, it would be like the usual flu. I will inform you.
I take this opportunity to wish you a Metty Christmas and wish you a great 2022.
A hug!!”
