Ranked no.24, Gauff played her last match on the 11th of October when she was overcome by world no.13 Paula Badosa 6-2 6-2 in the 3rd round in Indian Wells (draw).
At present, during this year Cori has managed to achieve a compiled 36-16 match record. The American has won 1 title in Parma.
