DEFAULTED AFTER 1 GAME. Sandgren had a quick match against Eubanks in Cary

Something weird happened at the Cary challenger where Tennys Sandgren defaulted during his second game against Christopher Eubank

Tennys Sandgreen Defaulted

Tennys Sandgren and Christopher Eubanks were about to compete in what would have been the most interesting first round in the Challenger that is now staged in Cary. However, things got quite nasty and quick after Tennys defaulted only after one game.

Apparently, the American player hit a lines judge with a tennis ball in the second game. After a long discussion, the organization had no choice but to default Sandgren who posted the following tweet.

The commentator said:

“Chris Eubanks is going to pull through after what appears to be a disqualification on Tennys Sandgren for a frustration post-point where he might’ve made contact with somebody on the court,”

That was quick!
