Rafa will play Rosol in the first round to then face Gulbis and Berdych
What a weird draw for Rafael Nadal in Qatar.
This is a 250 ATP event and a top seed should not be expected to face many dangerous opponents, but Rafa will get many quality players on the path to the title.
In the first round the Spaniard will play Lukas Rosol that did upset Rafa a couple of Wimbledon ago. Then the Mallorcan should face Mad Max Gulbis that has a game that gives many problems to Rafa. Finally Nadal is meant to play against Berdych in the semifinal and Murray (or Ferrer) in the final.
On the other side of the draw seed no.2 David Ferrer has a better draw to possibly face Murray in the semifinal.
The tournament will start tomorrow and the defending champion is Richard Gasquet.
